Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Purexa. If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return. Because our teas are a consumable food product, we're unable to accept opened items for hygiene and safety reasons — except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).

How to start a return
Email us at info@pureleafnutrition.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior request can't be accepted. Approved returns should be sent to: 204 W Boombah Blvd, Yorkville, IL 60560.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything's damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you — this applies whether or not the item has been opened.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at info@pureleafnutrition.com.

Cancellations
We ship quickly, so cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of ordering. Email info@pureleafnutrition.com with your order number and the name on the order. After 30 minutes, the order has entered processing and can't be canceled — but unopened items are still covered by our 30-day return policy above.
